Villa Miramar enjoys a peaceful, elevated position with magnificent views across both the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. Just a five-minute stroll from the popular Burriana Beach in Nerja, the villa combines privacy, space, and exceptional comfort — ideal for families or friends seeking a relaxed Spanish escape.
The main villa accommodates up to six guests throughout the year. During July and August, rates include full occupancy for up to ten people — with access to the separate self-contained two-bedroom apartment. Outside these months, the apartment can be added if required for an additional 35 % surcharge. (Please note the apartment is only rented in conjunction with the main villa and never separately.)
Designed with luxury in mind, the three/five-bedroom property offers a tranquil setting on Nerja’s favoured east side, within walking distance of the town centre and the beach. Both Burriana Beach and central Nerja offer a wide choice of restaurants, tapas bars, and boutiques to explore.
Outdoor living is at the heart of Villa Miramar. Four spacious terraces span the property’s levels — including a panoramic rooftop with sun beds and dining area, a shaded pool terrace with kitchenette and gas BBQ, and peaceful bedroom balconies. The heated pool (6.5 × 3.5 m) can be warmed on request (£65 per week), and the Hot Tub spa sits invitingly under a covered pergola.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, air-conditioned lounge with two sets of patio doors opening onto the main dining terrace. The 50″ Smart TV provides all UK channels, Sky and BT Sport. There’s also a fully equipped gymnasium for guests’ use — perfect for an energising start to the day. Morning coffee can be enjoyed beneath the bougainvillea-covered pergola at the front of the villa.
🏡 The Apartment
A beautiful self-contained apartment adjoins Villa Miramar, offering additional space for up to four guests. It’s perfect for extended family or friends who’d like a little extra privacy while still sharing the main villa’s luxury facilities.
The apartment features two bedrooms — one with a comfortable king-sized bed and the other with twin beds. There’s a bright lounge with seating for four, a well-equipped modern kitchen complete with breakfast bar and four stools, and a shower room / WC.
Entertainment is taken care of with a 40″ Smart TV showing all UK channels via high-speed fibre optic broadband. Ceiling fans and air conditioning ensure a comfortable stay throughout the apartment.

Nestled on Nerja’s exclusive east side, Villa Miramar enjoys a peaceful setting with stunning views across the mountains and Mediterranean. Just a five-minute stroll brings you to Burriana Beach — one of the Costa del Sol’s most beautiful bays, lined with palm trees, golden sands, and vibrant restaurants.
Whether you’re craving a quiet coffee at a seafront café or a sunset meal with ocean views, everything is within easy reach. Burriana’s lively promenade is home to family-friendly eateries, beach bars, water sports, and boutiques — the perfect blend of relaxation and activity.

🌿 Useful Information
Pool & Hot Tub: Pool heating is available at an additional cost of £65 per week. The hot tub, heated to 36°C, is available at £40 per week.
Airport Transfers, Welcome Packs, Cot Hire: prices available on request.
Air-Conditioning & Facilities: The villa offers air-conditioning in the lounge, dining area, and all bedrooms, plus ceiling fans for added comfort. Free Spanish national calls are available via the villa’s telephone. Please note that due to the multi-level terraces and marble staircase, care should be taken with young children, and the property is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Utility Room: Includes a washing machine. All bath towels and bed linen are supplied in the rental, with fresh replacements provided weekly for stays longer than one week. Beach towels are available to hire for €8 each per stay from Claire.
Occupancy: During July and August, the villa is rented at the full occupancy rate for up to ten guests. The self-contained apartment is included in this rate. Outside of high season, the apartment may be booked alongside the main villa with a 35% surcharge — ideal for extended family or friends.

Excellent property for nine people (6 adults and 3 children)
The property is well equipped with a lovely pool area and plenty of space inside and out. The permanent stairgates at level two and three were very welcome as we had 2 children 2.5 and 1 year old.
Chris and Ann were very helpful throughout the booking and our stay.
We will definitely rebook!

This was our second visit and once again we were not disappointed. We travelled as a family of 8 and had use of the main villa as well as the apartment. Everything was perfect. The villa was very well equipped, was clean and spacious. The pool area is fabulous and we had the perfect family holiday exploring Nerja and the surrounding area. Lovely bars and restaurants at Burriana as well as in town. We would definitely visit again and would highly recommend this villa.

A wonderful spacious 3 bed villa with the option of another 2 bed apt for 4 guests. We have just returned from a family vacation . The villa is situated at the top of Burriana, which is a 10 min walk to bars and restaurants and a lovely beach. Nerja is a 15 min walk along the beach.
The villa has a double en-suite bedroom, another double and twin rooms. It also has the added bonus of a swimming pool, which can be heated for an extra cost. We were so glad we paid extra for pool heating as we used it every day. The villa has a modern feel with all the amenities close by. This is our second visit to villa Miramar and would highly recommend it to those wanting to visit Nerja and the surrounding areas.

We rented the Miramar and the associated apartment for 4 weeks in October during which we had friends and family coming for shorter periods during our stay. Chris and Ann were very helpful in adjusting bedding changes to fit in with changeovers during our stay.
The Villa and apartments are well equipped and having our own private pool and hot tub were lovely luxuries which were enjoyed especially by the grandchildren. The beds were very comfortable and I can honestly say that everything necessary for our stay was provided. In addition the information provided for visitors was comprehensive - for example covering how to reset the power when a nearby lightning strike caused the power to trip one evening (our stay coincided with the very bad storms in Spain for a couple of days, though Nerja avoided the worst of it).
Chris and Ann were very responsive to questions and sorting out any minor issues during our stay.
The Mercadona Supermarket is a 10-15 minute walk away - there was a shopping trolley provided in the villa which was very useful when shopping for food there.
The only caveat I would add is that Nerja is hilly and the Villa does have a lot of stairs - so it’s not ideal if any of your party has mobility issues. It does help you stay fit though!
All in all we really enjoyed our stay in the MIramar and would recommend the Villa. We hope to return soon.

We booked a break with my Wife's family, in total 9 adults - so we used the full property. Finish in the house is quality with a well appointed kitchen should you feel the urge to cook. Rooms are all well appointed with storage space for cases etc. Beds, bedding etc. all clean and and in very good condition. Overall the house is well maintained and no issues with any of the ants that can cause a headache in some places.
Pool & barbecue are are great and get plenty of sun during the day. Seating in the sun, or in the shade. Large hot tub on request.
Good location for getting to the beach, or into Nerja. Coming back there are hills either way. Nothing that can be done about location, Nerja is generally not flat. Take your time and you will be fine.
In the event of any issues, Chris and Ann are available and very helpful. Transfers were pain-free and plenty of room for our group with luggage. All arranged through Chris and Ann
For me the only thing I would check on for another visit, is outwith the review of the property. On departure, plan ahead for a storage company, some close at the weekend just when you need them.
Overall we are well impressed with the Villa, and no hesitation on recommending it.

The plan was ambitious, to get all of our kids (grown up), their partners and our grandchildren all together in one villa for a fabulous week to remember!! We succeeded on every level of expectation and the villa and apartment were a huge part of why it worked!
Communication with the owners was exceptional and it was clear upon our arrival that we were staying in their much loved premises. The team who clean between visitors were on site when we arrived (we were slightly early) and they were perfectly hospitable and helpful as we unloaded our luggage. The welcome pack that was optional was incredible and we would highly recommend this to future visitors. It was clear that this was done to be helpful….not simply another profit stream.
Once we had all dropped our luggage off into our respective rooms we explored the property and we were amazed at how much it had to offer. Each and every aspect of the property was ideal for us and exactly as described. There were no negatives at all.
Being familiar with the area my wife and I spent the week planning and hosting and the accommodation was the ideal base for this.
We will definitely consider rebooking in the future and would like to extend our gratitude to the owners, managers and cleaning team! Thank you!
