TERMS AND CONDITIONS
YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS TO SECURE YOUR
HOLIDAY BOOKING.
1. Price and Accuracy of Information.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in our advertising; however, errors
can occur. You will be advised of any such errors, if known, at the time of your booking or as soon as possible. The
prices on our advertising apply at the time of compilation but may vary. If you are unsure about our prices including
what is or is not included in the price, please CONTACT US before making a booking.
We have the right to decrease the price of unsold accommodation at any time.
2. Bookings.
Booking is simple. Complete the reservation form, sign and return it to us complete with a non-refundable deposit of
25% of the cost of your booking, unless you have booked through another on-line platform, in which case you only
need to pay us the breakages and damages security deposit. A €240.00 (Euros) refundable breakages and damages
security deposit will be charged per property booked, and which will be refunded following the return of the villa
keys, and subject to our check for breakages and damages to the villa, after your departure. Any significant
breakages and damages, which you will be notified of, will be deducted from the breakages and damages security
deposit, if there are no breakages or damages then this deposit of €240.00 (Euros) will be refunded in full.
Once the deposits have been received you will be sent a booking confirmation. By completing and signing the
reservation form and paying the deposit you accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions.
For all bookings where your arrival in Spain is within 8 weeks of the start of your rental, the cost of the rental and the
breakages and damages security deposit costs must be paid in full at the time of booking. Only when full payment
has been received will the booking be confirmed. Any of our additional services offered are be paid in Euros, at some
time during your stay and before departure.
You must check your booking confirmation along with any other documentation that we send you, immediately you
receive them. If any information appears to be incorrect in any way you must let us know straight away. We regret
that we cannot accept any liability if we are not informed of any inaccuracy within 14 days of our sending it to you.
Due to the Rentals Law in Spain that are now in force, you must forward to us, prior to your arrival, scanned copies
of passports of all persons, in your party, staying in our properties. We must then register these details with the local
Police Authority within twenty-four hours of your arrival at our property.
3. Payment of Balance.
The remaining payable balance will be shown on your booking confirmation. This amount must be paid in full at least
6 weeks before your rental start date. If you fail to pay this amount in full by the agreed date, we will treat your
booking as cancelled by you, retain your deposit, and re-let the property.
4. Payment Options.
Payment can be made in one of the following ways:
Bank Transfer directly to one of the owner’s bank accounts, either Sterling or Euros
Cheque sent directly to the owners.
Full details of payment options will be given on booking.
5. Arrival at and Departure from Accommodation.
All rentals are per week and run from Saturday to Saturday at Villa Aljamar and Sunday to Sunday at Villa Miramar
but may be flexible upon request out of the peak season. For rentals of more than two weeks discounts may apply.
Access to your accommodation is after 16:00 (subject to unavoidable delays) and you must vacate the
accommodation by 10:00 on your departure date. During busy periods the cleaning staff may not have your
accommodation fully prepared by 16:00 and in this case we would ask you to be patient. You are expected to leave
the property in a clean and tidy condition.
6. Changes to Bookings.
Once a booking has been confirmed by us, should you require us to amend your booking in any way after 14 days of
our confirmation e-mail, an administration fee of €30.00 (Euros) will be charged, together with any additional
charges.
If any member of your party is unable to, or wishes not to take their holiday, that person may transfer their place on
the booking to someone else introduced by you, providing you notify us of the change with details of the original and
substituted party members at least 14 days prior to your arrival in Spain and subject to the payment of the €30.00
(Euros) administration fee and submission of the aforementioned passport copy.
7. Cancellation by You.
If you have to cancel the booking, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. Your cancellation is effective from the date we
receive your notification, receipt of which will be acknowledged by us.
If you cancel 6 weeks or more before your rental start date you will only forfeit your deposit. If you cancel less than 6
weeks before your rental start date you will forfeit the full cost of the rental.
8. Force Majeure.
We regret we cannot accept liability and therefore, no compensation will be payable where the performance or
prompt performance of our contract with you is prevented or affected by 'Force Majeure'. 'Force Majeure' means
any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, have foreseen or
avoided. Such circumstances may include war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial action, terrorist activity,
natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, and all similar events outside our control.
9. Your Responsibilities.
You are responsible for any damage or loss sustained to your accommodation during your stay up to the full value of
your damage and security deposit.
We have the right to refuse to hand over keys to your accommodation to any person who, in our reasonable opinion,
is not suitable to take charge. In such cases you will forfeit the full cost of the rental, and we will have no further
liability.
We also have the right to repossess the accommodation at any time, if in our reasonable opinion, you or any
member of your party is unsuitable to remain in charge because of their age, ill health, suspected or actual influence
of alcohol or drugs or because of irresponsible, noisy and disruptive behaviour likely to cause danger or annoyance
to themselves, other persons or property. In this case we will have no further responsibility or liability and no
refunds, costs or expenses will be met.
10. Minors.
Bookings from persons under the age of 18 cannot be accepted.
11. Availability of Accommodation.
All accommodation as advertised is subject to availability. We reserve the right to change any details or withdraw
any accommodation prior to a booking being confirmed.
